From the first interaction with Ryan, he was professional, thorough, kind and patient. We initially called Ryan after Helene. He came out, gave thoughtful suggestions, got us a price (which was very fair) put us on the schedule and connected us with his supplier for materials. When they came out a week before they started for du al measurements and plans, we changed the scope of project a bit and Ryan and Chris were so polite, kind and accommodating. Their crew showed up when they said they would, arrived with all materials, tools and equipment. It’s rare that contractors send a supervisor out daily but, Chris was on the job, everyday. He worked along side them everyday. He checked in everyday and kept me updated on the progress. Pablo is equally as incredible as Ryan and Chris. He was meticulous to each paver he laid, he executed the job perfectly. Jessica is so organized, clear and attentive as well. The billing, scheduling and invoices are detailed and prompt. We get so many compliments on our landscaping and patios. We rebuilt everything after the storm and we regularly Comment that the investment we made with Ducker Land Management was the best money we spent. They quote you a fair price, they show up when they say they will. And they stay as long as it takes to do the job right. We had a huge mess after Helene, due to drainage issues. Every rain turned our backyard into a mud hole and basically we couldn’t use the space. Ryan sat down with us and carefully helped us plan our vision and now we have a yard that is both beautiful and usable. We hired Ducker land management to put in a new patio and walkway around our house, rebuild our stone steps, and create retaining walls to help form garden beds, and improve drainage. They also leveled and resurfaced the ground under a carport. When they arrived in the morning, Ryan assigned his team individual tasks and when they went about the job, each worker was very focused and attentive to the task at hand. There was no messing around. They stayed busy for three full days and completed a quality job with excellent craftsmanship. They were quite easy to work with, and when we had questions they talked to us and came up with solutions to our concerns.
